Refund policy
1. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending any item back.
2. Cosmetic & Fragrance Products
For hygiene and sanitary reasons:
• Opened, used, or tested skincare products, sheet masks, eye masks, facial masks, or perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
• Personalized or engraved items are non-returnable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
If confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
4. Shipping & Return Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Best Life America.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• For “Free Shipping” promotions, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
5. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If an order is returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal of delivery, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs and applicable carrier fees.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

All products sold by Best Life America are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and ensuring product suitability for their skin type and sensitivities. A patch test is recommended prior to full application.
