Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is due to the Company.

NO CLASS ACTIONS
You and Best Life America agree that Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

The arbitration will be conducted in English under a recognized arbitration provider’s rules (such as AAA or JAMS), as applicable. The arbitrator may award the same damages and relief as a court.
TIME LIMIT
To the extent permitted by law, any Dispute must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, otherwise it is permanently barred.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
