Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

 


We currently ship within the United States.


Economy Shipping is free on eligible cosmetic and beauty items.


Estimated delivery time:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

 


Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 


 

 

2. Order Processing

 


Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Address changes cannot be made after the order has been processed.

 


 

 

3. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

 


If a package is returned to us due to:

 

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Package not claimed

 


The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


If a refund is requested, we will deduct original shipping costs from the refund, even if shipping was offered as “free”.

 


 

 

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

 


All orders are shipped with tracking.


If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Best Life America is not responsible for:

 

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Customs delays (if applicable)

 


In verified cases of carrier loss before delivery, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

 


 

 

5. Damaged Items

 


If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photo of packaging

  • Order number

 


Claims are subject to inspection.

 


 

 

6. Order Cancellation

 


Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before shipment.


Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 


 

 

7. Large Items (Massage Chairs – In-Store Sales)

 


Massage chairs are sold in-store only unless otherwise agreed.


Separate delivery terms may apply to large items.
